Window Replacement Requirements

Please be advised that BEV has a required specification for replacement of windows and sliders/doors in individual units. If you are contemplating changing your windows/doors please contact the management office for copy of the required specifications. Recently a window vendor has gone door to door to solicit business. We have not been able to establish if this company (Power Windows & Siding) is willing or able to provide the windows/doors as required by Bald Eagle Village. Should you install windows/doors that have not been approved you risk having to remove them to conform to the approved specification.
